About the project
The project of restoration and modernization of the facade of the building. It is proposed to restore the existing brickwork and add lighting. Lamps with an adjustable color spectrum are installed in the vertical elements. The tenants' light advertisements are assembled into a single metal panel. Unused openings in the walls on the 2nd floor should be filled with illuminated stained glass structures.
The project provides for the superstructure of 2 floors while maintaining the load-bearing structures and the external walls of the existing superstructure. The front part of the superstructure is tape glazing from floor to ceiling. An overhead light is used to illuminate the interior of the meeting room above the pre-negotiation room.
